FAQ
Pickup, the Thursday cutoff, and the treats that are always on the order form.
What can I order?
Five cookie flavours, every weekend: S'mores stuffed is $4, and Cookie Monster, Biscoff, Strawberry Crunch, and Cookies & Cream are $3. Mix and match them in a 3-pack, 6-pack, or dozen. New flavours are added over time, and from suggestions on the Suggest page. Every cookie is made to order and prepared only after payment is received. The cookie you pick up may look a little different from the photo.
What does By Special Drop Only mean?
Cake pops, tiny mini cakes, cupcakes, and banana bread are baked only on special occasions. They are first come, first serve when they drop, and they are not on the regular order form. Keep an eye on Instagram and TikTok so you see the drop.
When is the order cutoff?
Most orders are weekend pickup, and the cutoff is Thursday at 6:00 PM. We try to fit in urgent orders. If you need a different time, write it in the order notes or email sweetmemoriestreatz@gmail.com. Orders that come in after the cutoff roll to the next weekend. Every order must be picked up before 9:00 PM.
Where is pickup?
Porch pickup is in the Downsview area of North York. The exact address is shared by text or email once your order is ready. It is not posted on the site. Please collect your order before 9:00 PM.
Do you deliver?
No. Delivery and drop-off are not available. Every order is porch pickup.
How do I pay?
Interac e-Transfer to sweetmemoriestreatz@gmail.com, with your order number in the memo. Cookies are prepared only after the transfer is confirmed. Credit and debit cards are coming soon.
Who bakes everything?
ZeeZee bakes Sweeter Than Memoriez from scratch in a Toronto kitchen. Cookies, cake cups, and loaves are mixed in small batches, never from a box.
Can I ask for a flavour?
Yes. The Suggest page takes a cookie flavour or another treat, plus your email, so we can tell you if it makes a drop. Your address also joins the cookie list.
What if someone in my order has an allergy?
Tell us in the order notes before you check out. These treats are made in a home kitchen that uses butter, chocolate, nuts, and other common ingredients. Ferrero flavours contain hazelnut, including Ferrero Rocher, Ferrero crumble, and similar treats. If you need a kitchen that avoids a specific allergen, ask before you order.
Where can I follow the drops?
Instagram and TikTok are both @sweetmemories.treatz. Weekend drops fill up, so that is the fastest place to see what just came out of the oven.
